Inspired by the work of the same name by painter Jackson Pollock and in honor of the brand that allows us to hold El yo no fui.
Alchemy seeks to spark the interest of mezcal and high-end cocktail enthusiasts by merging leading representatives of Mexican and American culture.

                      Ingredients
                    
                  - 1½ oz of Mezcal espadin
- ¾ Oz Drambuie
- ½ Oz Jasmine Green Tea Syrup
- ¼ oz real natural lemon juice
- 2 drops of mandarin beaters
                    
                    
                      Preparation
                    
                  In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients except the mandarin beaters, mix for approximately 15 seconds, serve in a chilled old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
Flavor with real lemon twist and add to the beaters.
Garnish with a real lemon twist.
Jasmine tea syrup.
Ingredients
- 500ml of water
- 650g of white sugar
- 30g of jasmine green tea
In a container, boil 500ml of water. Once it reaches boiling point, add the jasmine tea and remove from the heat. While the tea infuses, mix with the 650g of sugar until you obtain a completely uniform mixture.
Let it sit for 24 hours, then strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any jasmine tea residue, resulting in the clearest jasmine syrup possible.
Jasmine tea syrup shelf life: 15 days in a cool environment between 9 and 12 degrees Celsius.
