Ensamble (Espadín - Tobalá)
Ensamble (Espadín - Tobalá)
100% AGAVE
With the impeccable balance between the nobility of different selected agave varieties - espadín and tobalá - and the ancient art of copper still distillation, this blended mezcal expresses the character of Oaxaca in every drop. Made in a conical masonry oven and naturally fermented in wooden vats with native yeasts, it reveals refined notes of caramel, citrus nuances, and the soft sweetness of plantain, wrapped in the spicy warmth of cinnamon.
